THIS IS FOR NON-FOOD VENDORS, FOR FOOD VENDORS, GO BACK TO THE FOOD VENDOR SECTION!!!!


ANY MENTIONING OF (JLRM) IS JOHN LATONYA REED MINISTRIES. KINGDOM CONFERENCE 2020) REPRESENTS THE SAME


*Submitting the registration form does not guarantee approval as event exhibitor or sponsor. Once registration is submitted and reviewed, exhibitor/vendor will receive an approval letter with registration INSTRUCTIONS ON PAYING, set up, ETC.…Once approved – the fee is due within 7 days to prevent someone from getting your spot.


APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN 5/30/2020 FOR CONSIDERATION, AFTER THIS TIME, NONE WILL BE ACCEPTED!!!!! FIRST APPLIED – FIRST RECEIVED – FIRST COME SERVED/SPACE RETAINED


Upon submission, you agree and admit that you have read and understood everything in this total list and agree not to hold JLRM/KINGDOM CONFERENCE 2020/the ministry location or property or any staff of JLRM/KINGDOM CONFERENCE 2020 or the Church personnel workers, property or Pastors liable for accidents, damages to property or persons, and will abide by all vendor rules.


Priority for space assignment will be based on the order in which applications are received and availability of space requested. To be considered, applications for exhibit space must be completed and payment of the entire amount must be received before space is assigned.


ALL INFORMATION BELOW AND IN APPLICATION MUST BE FILLED OUT COMPLETELY OR APPLICATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED


Telephone requests to be a vendor will not be accepted, however, questions concerning vending if not shown here will be answered.


Vendor fee is $100 which includes both days and nights of the conference without you being a part of registration classes!


Early bird registration cost is only $125.00 EARLY BIRD ENDS APRIL 30, 2020 


If you are a vendor and want to vend and register for classes - the cost will be a total of $225 by APRIL 30, 2020 OR 245.00 AFTER April 30, 2020 (Closing your vending spot during classes is your option).

 

All booths/sections require pre-approval.

IT IS THE VENDORS RESPONSIBILITY TO SECURE THEIR ITEMS AND THEY AGREE TO HOLD NO RESPONSIBILITY TOWARDS JLRM OR ITS AFFILIATES AND WORKERS/VOLUNTEERS OR THE CHURCH MINISTRY WHERE THE CONFERENCE WILL TAKE PLACE!!


May set up 1 1/2 hours before THE MORNING EVENT. Morning event starts @ 8:30 AM


YOUR exhibit area must be clean when event is over!


After payment, there will be No refunds even if you cancel!


Pictures of your sales must be submitted immediately to contactus@jlrm.org ALONG WITH THE submitting  of your application!


Vendors may operate 1 hour before daytime registration classes THROUGH & up to 1 hour after nightly services (THAT IS BASICALLY ALL DAY) Security provided throughout the area.


Items promoted in the designated Exhibitor/Vendor area shall not conflict with Biblical values or the KINGDOM CONFERENCE 2020 Conference values.


Vending is for conference ATTENDEES ONLY!


EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE,QUALITY OF PRODUCTS AND PROFESSIONALISM IS REQUIRED!


Spaces will be assigned as deemed appropriate by JLRM staff.


Vendor displays must be removed no later than JULY 10 2020 by 12 Midnight (extension WILL be allowed depending on service let out time SO YOU CAN SELL AFTERWARDS.)


Fundraising for Churches, youth groups, established ministries, etc. is prohibited.


The volume of any audio equipment must not exceed five (5) feet from your display area.


Kingdom Conference 2020 reserves the right to reject any Vendor deemed inappropriate for its conference AND EVEN AT THE CONFERENCE.


Kingdom Conference 2020 is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen. Vendors should take precautionary security measures to protect their goods even though security will be around.


YOU Must bring your own tables.


Vendors are prohibited from selling alcoholic beverages.


Must bring your own extension CORDS if using vendor space inside building section.


Make sure you have a hotspot for any internet connections for sales, etc.


You must submit a photo of your items/ESTABLISHMENT SET UP/exhibit/food tent/mobile food trucks, grill set up, etc. TO - CONTACTUS@JLRM.ORG RIGHT AFTER SUBMITTING THIS APPLICATION, AND IN THE SUBJECT LINE, THE NAME OF YOUR BUSINESS AND YOUR NAME (FOR FOOD VENDING PLEASE GO TO THE FOOD VENDING SECTION) PLEASE FILL OUT THE APPLICATION IN THE NEXT SECTION BELOW...
